Leadership in the Kingdom isn’t about commanding—it’s about becoming. Becoming more like Jesus. He didn’t demand allegiance—He earned it with love.
The King of Glory washed dusty feet. He saw crowds, but served the one. His power came through humility, not hype.
Whether you're leading a ministry, a team, a classroom, or your children—true leadership begins on your knees. It rises through servanthood.
Mark 10:43-45 says, “Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant.” Philippians 2 reminds us to have the mind of Christ—who humbled Himself even unto death. And Proverbs 11:14 says with many counselors comes safety.
Lead with listening. Serve with joy. Influence with integrity.
You don’t need a title to lead—you need a testimony. Let your leadership reflect the Light.
